About Us
Background, Vision and Goals
Transpose was founded in 2019 with the vision to create a space allowing trans* visibility within the Israeli tech industry, aiming to address the underrepresentation of the trans* community in that sector.
The idea emerged from recognizing the disparity between our experience within our own communities as LGBTQIA+ people, and the social composition within the companies where we are employed.
Transpose tries to bridge that gap and help overcome these challenges by providing training to both individuals in the trans community, as well as employers, thereby creating safe pathways for hiring trans* people, creating equal opportunities, and increasing visibility.
